Waverley House

A Mediterranean summer breeze is realised through the curated design and selection of textures and materials.

Located in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, this interior project by Belle Trovato design takes cues from a Mediterranean summer spent on the south coast of Italy.

Heavily featuring natural materials and tones, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining space is fit for a growing young family that is to be functional and aesthetically grounded for entertaining on weekends.

A unique feature of the dining space is the built-in l-shaped bench, wrapped in premium green leather, which borders a custom dining table.

Furthermore, textured stucco is used on the walls and inside custom niches, European oak for all the joinery and mustard terrazzo tops off the centrepiece of the kitchen island and benchtops.
